Our family-owned bagel shop continues a five-generation baking tradition, bringing fresh bagels to the Cape May community every day.
Fresh Baked, Fresh Ingredients
All of our bagels are made on premises from scratch, using unbleached and unbromated flour, without preservatives. Our bagels are made in the traditional New York bagel baking style – boiled in a kettle first, then baked on burlap covered wooden boards. We strive to bring the utmost in freshness and quality-from our family to yours.

A Family Business
Fifth-generation bagel baker Aaron Wagner and his wife, Julie, are excited to open their first shop in Cape May since uprooting from Philadelphia to fulfill their dreams of raising a family by the beach.
We are excited to finally open the brick and mortar shop to share the most delicious bagels and the smoothest cold brew with local Cape May. We look forward to seeing you at the shop!
